Expected total cash annualizes base pay at 2,080 hours for hourly roles and adds the role’s at-plan quarterly crew or division incentive. It excludes benefit value and discretionary annual company profit sharing. Day 1 health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage applies to every role.   • 1.5% of your crew's gross margin (quarterly), quality-gated
  • Annual profit sharing; Day 1 benefits; 401(k) after 90 days
