You lead the hardest work, including large multi-slide and panoramic door systems, train installers under you, and are responsible for flashing, drainage-plane, and finish quality.

Expected total cash annualizes base pay at 2,080 hours for hourly roles and adds the role’s at-plan quarterly crew or division incentive. Precise sill pan, flashing, and drainage-plane detailing to manufacturer spec
