Electrical Division Director — Master Electrician (Qualified Individual)

Run the entire Electrical division as our DPOR Qualified Individual. You manage the division P&L, develop Crew Leads, and are compensated through cash division-wide gross-margin sharing. This is a W-2 leadership role with no employee equity or ownership interest.

Expected total cash annualizes base pay at 2,080 hours for hourly roles and adds the role’s at-plan quarterly crew or division incentive. It excludes benefit value and discretionary annual company profit sharing. Day 1 health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage applies to every role. Larger-operation scenarios are illustrative, performance-based, and not guaranteed.
Compensation & Benefits
- $120K–$135K base salary + 5% of division-wide collected, adjusted gross margin
- $165K–$180K expected total cash at the $900K division-margin plan; uncapped upside as the division grows
- 75% of earned margin incentive paid quarterly; 25% held for the annual collections, warranty, and callback true-up
- Quality, safety, cash-reserve, and company-profit gates protect both the customer and the business
- Company truck, phone, and tools provided
- Day 1 health/dental/vision/life/disability; 401(k) after 90 days

What You Bring
- Active Virginia DPOR Master Electrician license (verified before second interview)
- Willingness to be named Qualified Individual (QI) on the company license
- Post-Master experience matching our license class (1yr Class C / 3yr Class B / 5yr Class A)
- Clean DPOR disciplinary record
- Track record developing and running crews
