Electrical Crew Lead — Master Electrician (QI)
Electrical
Lead an electrical crew as a semi-autonomous unit with a dedicated P&L. You are also designated a QI on the license, strengthening the division and giving your cash gross-margin sharing no ceiling. No employee equity or ownership interest is offered.

- Base pay
- $85K–$100K/yr

- $185,000–$200,000/yr at $1,000,000 crew gross margin

Expected total cash annualizes base pay at 2,080 hours for hourly roles and adds the role’s at-plan quarterly crew or division incentive. It excludes benefit value and discretionary annual company profit sharing. Day 1 health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage applies to every role. Larger-operation scenarios are illustrative, performance-based, and not guaranteed.
Compensation & Benefits
- $85K–$100K base + 10% of YOUR crew's collected, adjusted gross margin
- $115K–$130K expected total cash at the four-person $300K crew-margin plan; $185K–$200K at $1M crew margin
- Quality/safety factor (0.7x–1.0x) so quality protects earnings rather than speed inflating them
