Lead the HVAC division as our DPOR Qualified Individual. Manage the division P&L, develop Crew Leads, and earn cash division-wide gross-margin sharing. This is a W-2 leadership role with no employee equity or ownership interest.

Larger-operation scenario: $187,500–$202,500/yr at $1,350,000 division gross margin

Expected total cash annualizes base pay at 2,080 hours for hourly roles and adds the role’s at-plan quarterly crew or division incentive. Compensation & Benefits

$120K–$135K base salary + 5% of division-wide collected, adjusted gross margin
$165K–$180K expected total cash at the $900K division-margin plan; uncapped upside as the division grows
75% of earned margin incentive paid quarterly; 25% held for the annual collections, warranty, and callback true-up
